Refund Policy for Recorded Courses and E-books
A Refund Request will be considered valid only if it is made through an email to [email protected] clearly specifying your email address and phone number used during registration within 3 days of the purchase.
No refund request will be accepted after 3 days of the purchase. No refund is applicable for courses and e-books having 1 to 3 months subscriptions. Please contact customer support for a solution.
Refunds shall be made through mobile financial services with which the purchase was made within 15 days of the refund request being successfully processed and approved by Skilloar. This confirmation will be sent to the user by email.
Refund Policy for Online Live Courses
- Live Course- If the live course is canceled for any reason before the date then all participants will be refunded 100% of the paid amount within 7-10 working days of the cancellation date.
- If a learner wants to cancel the booking after the payment, he/she will have to notify the team Skilloar for cancellation before at least 1 day of the scheduled starting day of the Live course and the learner will be refunded the full amount within 7-10 working days from placement of a notification of cancellation. For cancellation notification, email- [email protected]
- If the learner faces issues regarding schedule, date, time, or any other mentioned by the learners the learner must notify the support personnel of Skilloar within 2 days of the starting of the Live course. Team Skilloar will try to compensate for this with other batches or possible convenient ways. If this can‘t be compensated, Team Skilloar will refund that learner 80% of the paid money within 7-10 working days of the notification.
- No refund policy will be applicable if 2 days go past the starting date of the course.
